All our plans include access to hundreds of Odoo applications on a scalable cloud infrastructure, hosting, daily incremental backups across two continents, email integration, top-level security, 24/7 monitoring, and a control centre to manage your Odoo environment.
Our services include unlimited support access via email in Turkish and English from Monday to Friday, 24 hours a day, 5 days a week. Access to our e-learning platform is also free. Upgrades are included in all our plans without any additional fees.
Services not included in these plans:
- Hosting on Odoo.sh for custom developments (hosting on Odoo Online is included for selected subscriptions and offers unlimited storage space of up to 100GB. *AUP*)
- Access to Odoo Success Packages and services offered by Odoo experts, which can be requested additionally for comprehensive setup services outside of sectoral solutions.
- In-app purchase credits: AI support for SMS, autocomplete, lead generation, and scanning vendor invoices and expense receipts.
- Maintenance of custom code services.
The Standard plan obtained with the Odoo Enterprise license operates on Odoo Online, our cloud infrastructure used to host databases.
With the Custom plan obtained with the Odoo Enterprise license, you can host on Odoo Online without additional fees or choose to develop custom modules by using Odoo.sh, a continuous integration platform for hosting your development, testing, and production environments.
The hosting cost of Odoo.sh is not included in your subscription.
